Graduating in Pharmacy in 1973 from Delhi, Mr. Suresh Mittal brings invaluable insights and expertise to the company. His extensive background in the pharmaceutical sector has enabled Jeevan Raksha to carve out a niche in the generic medicines market. Mr. Mittal’s passion for quality and affordability drives the company’s mission to ensure that essential medicines are accessible to all.
He is a pharmacist by education, an entrepreneur/businessman by profession and a philanthropist by heart. He is the former director of a bank and has also headed several trade associations at the State and National levels.
He founded Shanti Devi Mittal Foundation with this vision as the Settlor for this trust. He opines that Education and Vocational Training is the cornerstone for bringing about a lasting change in the lives of underprivileged youth as beneficiaries become Independent / Atmanirbhar.
A 1983 graduate in Pharmacy from DIPSAR, Delhi University, Mr. Brij Mohan Aggarwal has over three decades of experience in the pharmacy industry.
His deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations and market dynamics has been instrumental in establishing Jeevan Raksha’s foundation. Known for his strategic vision, Mr. Aggarwal is committed to providing accessible healthcare solutions to the masses. He has extensively travelled and worked internationally and determined to bring best pharmaceutical practises from around the globe Alongside this he actively organises and leads various philanthropic initiatives in the society to help the underprivileged sections of the society.
He is responsible for all procurement and marketing initiatives in the company.
An all-India rank holder Chartered Accountant, Mr. Nevaid Aggarwal adds a robust financial acumen to the leadership team. He is a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (top 3% of the graduating batch of DU 2012), and was a merit holder in both CA intermediate and Final examinations.
He has over 10 years of experience with leading consulting firms such as the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Ernst and Young (EY), and investment management firms Goldman Sachs, and Warburg Pincus. He also co-founded TrueFan, a deeptech company, in the media and entertainment space and raised over $11m for his venture. His expertise in financial strategy and business operations will be pivotal in scaling the company’s operations and ensuring sustainable growth.

She has assisted numerous companies in labour law compliances, HR manuals, HR processes, senior recruitments etc. Apart from the routine services, she is also looking after team skills development etc. Rajni has successfully balanced his broad HR expertise with personal service. She serves his clients not only as a trusted advisor, but also as a valuable friend focussing on the client’s best interest.
